The services of EPF are provide to its members centrally from Kathmandu and locally from different regional and branch offices located in eastern, middle, western, Midwestern and far-western regions of the kingdom of Nepal. At present, there are altogether six local offices of EPF with at least one in each region.

All of the local offices of EPF have computer infrastructure and they provide online EPF related services to the local community/region.
